31st European Cetacean Conference 2017 (Denmark, 29/04 to 03/05)
The European Cetacean Society (ECS) was established in January 1987 and aims to promote and advance the scientific studies and conservation efforts of marine mammals and to gather and disseminate information about them to members of the Society and the public at large. The ECS is coordinated by a Council of 11 members and each year organizes an Annual Conferences in a European country.
The 37th International Symposium on Sea Turtle Biology and Conservation will take place in Las Vegas. CLS and University of Exeter will be there to promote the EO4wildlife platform to the anticipated 800 participants specialising in sea turtle research.
Ocean Business 2017 will take place in Southampton from 4-6 April. IT Innovation will be there to promote EO4wildlife project.

The BOU 2017 Annual Conference will take place in University of Warwick, UK. BirdLife will be there to present and promote the EO4wildlife project.
The 4th International Conference on Marine Mammal Protected Areas will be held November 13 – 17, 2016 at the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort Resort and Convention Center in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, MÉXICO. The conference will focus on the role of effective partnerships and planning strategies for managing and monitoring protected areas with marine mammals.
DG RTD is organising this workshop in collaboration with DG CONNECT, DG GROW, the JRC, EARSC, ESA (ESRIN), Geospatial Media and Communications BV, and HCP international.
The overall objective of this workshop will be to explore Research and Innovation (R&I) actions needed for the development of a dynamic Earth observation (EO) market in Europe in relation to the Copernicus and GEO initiatives (Group on Earth Observations). European commercial entities involved or interested in Earth observation are particularly welcome and encouraged to participate.

Dissemination plan of EO4wildlife includes the participation of BirdLife in the 9th International penguin Conference. The IPC9 will be held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 5-9 September 2016.
